What we build in these areas
Kitchen remodeling
From a cabinet and counter refresh to a full layout change with new plumbing and electrical, we plan the scope with you in writing and build it with our own crews and licensed subcontractors.
Bathroom remodeling
Primary baths, guest baths, and tub to shower conversions. We document the scope, the materials, and what is excluded before any work begins.
ADU design and build
Detached ADUs, attached ADUs, and junior ADUs. We coordinate plans with licensed design professionals, help prepare the permit submittal, and build the unit under a signed written contract.
Garage conversions
A garage conversion can become an ADU, a guest suite, or a home office. We review the existing structure, explain what the city requires, and put the full scope in writing.
Room additions
Bedroom additions, primary suites, and family room expansions. We coordinate plans and engineering, build to the approved plans, and tie the new space into your home.
Local rules and permits
Each city in Los Angeles County has its own plan check, permit, and inspection process. Requirements for ADUs, garage conversions, and additions, such as setbacks, parking, and utility connections, can differ from one city to the next. We review your property and the city requirements before giving you a written estimate. Permits, plan check, and city fees are the property owner's responsibility unless your signed contract states otherwise.
