Common questions
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
It depends on scope, permits, and material lead times. Your written estimate includes an expected timeline for your project.
Do I need a permit?
Most remodels that change plumbing, electrical, or walls require a permit. We help coordinate the permit submittal. Permit and city fees are paid by the owner unless your contract states otherwise.
Can I supply my own appliances or materials?
Yes. Owner supplied items are noted in the contract, and delivery timing and condition of those items remain the owner's responsibility.
